Adrienne Salaneck, MSN CRNP

Practice experience:
Adrienne started her career as an RN with AACPP in 1994 after graduating from RHSN. Since then she has worked per diem, Part-time, and Full-time for AACPP, taking some breaks to further her education and expand her experiences in various aspects of healthcare, always being drawn back to the patients and staff here at AACPP. She has seen the office grow from a 1,500 patient, 1 building, 1 doctor practice into a 15,000 patient, 2 building, multi-physician and nurse practitioner group - and we’re still growing!

Other work experience includes, Maternal Child Health home health care, lactation consulting, med-surg floor nursing, teaching in the nursing program at RACC (med-surg, pediatrics, growth and development, & OB) as an RN and practicing as an NP in pediatrics and family practice.

Adrienne coordinates the Reach Out and Read program for the office.

She is married with 3 boys who keep her very busy attending sports events, practices, and music performances. Spare time is often spent on major home improvement projects. Owning a fixer upper is a lot of work! She enjoys reading, collecting teddy bears, baking, sewing, and crafting in her other spare time. She says, “I love working in healthcare. Every day is a challenge. Science and technology are ever changing and there is always something new to be learned. Not just from science but also from patients. I believe a good clinician should address individual patient needs, educate, diagnose and treat each patient/family holistically, recognizing the challenges and experiences that make each one of us unique.”

Megan worked for 8 years as a registered nurse on the pediatric oncology and bone marrow transplant units at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. The majority of Megan’s advanced practice clinical work was completed at Children’s Hospital Of Philadelphia’s satellite Hematology/Oncology clinic in King of Prussia, PA. Megan worked briefly as a preoperative and post-anesthesia care nurse at Pennsylvania Eye, Ear, Nose & Throat Surgical Center in Wyomissing, PA.

She is married, mother of three, grandmother of four boys. Current hobbies include watercolor painting, bridge, golf, and bocci ball and church volunteer. She travels to her “retirement home” in Florida when not in Berks County!

Cindy Lou Zedaker, NP – Certified Nurse Practitioner

Graduate of Millersville University Family Nurse Practitioner program where she did her thesis in Pediatric Headaches. She worked as a neonatal nurse at Lancaster General Hospital in the 1980s Worked as a certified school nurse at Elizabethtown Senior High School for 13 years where she was the recipient of the High Mark Healthy Schools Challenge Award to combating childhood obesity. Prior to joining AACPP she worked at Lancaster Rehabilitation Hospital and as an adjunct instructor in telemetry for Harrisburg Area Community College.

Jan Jackson, CPNP - Jan works in the evenings and during the summer when she is not working for the Reading School District as a School Nurse Practitioner.  We are so happy to have her expertise!
